Tonight we'll showcase the amazing final projects Penn graduating seniors have written this spring as part of the Creative Writing Honors Thesis Program. Four students, introduced by their faculty advisors, will read excerpts from their work—long-form creative literary works in fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction that serve as the capstones to their time as writers at Penn. Please join us for this live event, which is open to all, with a festive reception to follow the readings!

Brandon Anaya, "Grandmother Asked Me to Kill Her" (YA fiction; advisor: Annie Seaton)

Rachel Collison, "Almost West" (thriller/magical realism; advisor: Piyali Bhattacharya)

Delaney Parks, "Beyond Union Girl Summer: When Striking for Your Ideals Costs Everything" (long-form journalistic writing; advisor: Anthony DeCurtis)

Gabriella Raffetto, "Purgatory & Dantean Pursuits" (poetry/fantasy/fiction/nonfiction; advisor: David Wallace)
