Join us on Thursday, January 19, at 6:00 PM for a reading and book launch for Taije Silverman, presented by the Creative Writing Program, and with special guest Dr. Denise Brown, Associate Professor of Psychology and Human Services at Lincoln University, performing several poems on piano. Silverman will read from Now You Can Join the Others, published recently by LSU Press. Aracelis Girmay has written that "Taije Silverman’s Now You Can Join the Others is language possessed by grief and secret sight.
