Come hear from the leaders who oversee a team of hundreds of students working for The Daily PennsylvanianPanel discussion to be followed by refreshments and informal conversation.

As Penn was catapulted into the national spotlight last semester, the student journalists at The Daily Pennsylvanian broke some of the biggest stories in higher education while also localizing issues. The DP—a 140 year old independent student-run newspaper—holds campus institutions accountable and keeps the Penn community informed. What does student journalism look like at Penn as the University grapples with its relationship with free speech? How do DP staffers cover relevant issues that also impact their lives as students?
