Annie Kopecky is a multi-disciplinary artist and scholar. Annie’s creative work has been featured in the Whitney Biennial (Good Stock on the Dimension Floor) and in museums and galleries in the US, Europe, and Asia. Kopecky’s work in progress, Doric Lessons, has been workshopped at Princeton’s Classics Faculty, the CUNY Graduate Center, and the Witte de With Museum (Rotterdam). Annie holds a PhD in Literature from Harvard and is a two-time Academy of American Poets Prize winner. Annie’s interests include Ancient Greek and Roman literature, race and aesthetics, thrillers, translation/montage, plagues and pandemics.
